槲皮素对SLT-IIe诱导的大鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分泌PGI2、TXA2及PAF的影响

The rat intestinal microvascular endothelial cell are divided into negative control group (SLT-Ⅱ e: 0μg/mL), masculine control group (SLT-Ⅱ e: 10 μg/mL), test 1 group (Quercetin 1 μg/mL + SLT-Ⅱ e: 10μg/mL), test 2 group (Quercetin 5 μg/mL + SLT-Ⅱ e: 10 μg/mL), test 3 group (Quercetin 10 μg/mL + SLT-Ⅱe: 10 μg/mL) and test 4 group (Quercetin 10 μg/mLq-SLT-Ⅱ e: 0 μg/mL). Its study various concentrations of Quercetin by SLT-Ⅱ e induces PGI2, TXA2 and PAF production in rat intestinal microvascular endothelial cell by ELISA. The results showed that it had inhibited the secretion of SLT-Ⅱe induces PGI2, TXA2 and PAF production in RIMEC by 10 μg/mL concentrations of Quercetin, then the model concentrations of Quercetin was 10μg/mL to protect the RIMEC.
