24.2% of the total domestic energy consumption has been occupied by the energy consumption of the building. Because of this, it is necessary to look at that energy in the building where used for any purpose. This paper presents the information to consider when heat source selection by the economic analysis study of each heat source according to a study by economic analysis office heat source. Each type of heat source is ice thermal storage system, hot water system units, EHP system, GHP system adopted by four heat source, model building targets adopted by Government and public offices in Busan. Equipment specifications, the initial investment, the initial investment results through driving out costs, the LCC results are the highest ice thermal storage systems, as seen pure EHP is the highest operating costs, maintenance costs are the highest ice thermal storage system, and finally all a comprehensive LCC suspension that ice storage system is the highest.
