The invention discloses a deeply implanting instrument in an intestinal tract. The deeply implanting instrument comprises a drug feeding tube and a fixing thread, wherein the drug feeding pipe is an elastic flexible high-molecular tube with two open ends; one or a plurality of aperture passages communicated with the interior of the drug feeding tube are arranged on the far-end side or the side wall of the drug feeding tube; a tracer material or no tracer material is arranged on the tube wall of the drug feeding tube; the fixing thread is fixedly connected to the far-end tube wall of the drug feeding tube. The deeply implanting instrument can be sent to and fixed deeply in the intestinal tract, thereby meeting the disposable and long-term use functions of a nasointestinal tube, a propygium ileocecus tube, a propygium ileum tube and the like; the deeply implanting instrument is daedal in structure, convenient to operate, safe, effective, and long in retention time; the conventional implanting and fixing methods are changed.
