Poly-silicon biomass phenolic aldehyde foaming heat-preservation fireproof material and manufacturing method thereof

2012
The invention provides a poly-silicon biomass phenolic aldehyde foaming heat-preservation fireproof material, which is characterized by comprising at least one of modified silica gel, phenolic aldehyde resin, silicon oxide, silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide, at least one of kaolin, magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide, building garbage, clay, an emulsifying agent, a foaming agent, a curing agent and water. A manufacturing method comprises the following steps of manufacturing the modified silica gel, a foamable coupling agent, building garbage powder, sticky aggregate and a finished product. The poly-silicon biomass phenolic aldehyde foaming heat-preservation fireproof material is scientific and reasonable in flow; the manufactured material has good heat-preservation performance and low heat conductivity coefficient; the combustion performance is A2-grade and the cost performance is high; and the poly-silicon biomass phenolic aldehyde foaming heat-preservation fireproof material belongs to a saving type and non-renewable resource replaced foamable material. The outer wall outer heat-preservation and fireproof requirements of outer walls of building walls, including high-rise buildings and public buildings which are higher than 100 m, and crowd intensive buildings can be met.
