Quantum confinement induced metal-insulator transition in strongly correlated quantum wells of SrVO 3 superlattices

The authors theoretically show that few layers of SrVO${}_{3}$ encapsulated in a superlattice with SrTiO${}_{3}$ can be driven through a metal-insulator transition as a result of quantum confinement.
