Supply chain management in health care services is an area that has unique characteristics, which differ according to the customization level, the intensity of contact with the customer and the emphasis on people or equipment. The objective of the study was to analyze scraps in a health care company, located in Sao Paulo State. The research method was a case study, with primary data
