Sweet syndrome (SS) is an acute dermal neutrophilic dermatosis characterized by the abrupt onset of painful erythematous pseudovesicular papules, plaques or nodules on the skin [1]. Fever, leukocytosis and elevated C-reactive protein levels often accompany these skin lesions. Eye, joint or muscle involvement may also occur.
