Pharmaceutical Care for Aged Patients with Pulmonary Infections

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the emphasis of pharmaceutical care for paged patients with pulmonary infection.METHODS:Pharmaceutical cares for aged patients with pulmonary infection is greatly different from non-aged patients.By analyzing and classifying the key difficulties,misunderstandings and controversy views in pharmaceutical practices,the study provided a practical solution of pharmaceutical care for clinical pharmacists.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS:The treatment and care for aged patients with pulmonary infection is a classic case,which requires the doctor and the clinical pharmacist to share their unique fields of specialties,and work closely together to produce the most appropriate pharmaceutical solution,so to obtain the best treatment result.
