Synthesis of tribromoacetanilides and their photochemical activity

1. A method for the preparation of tribromoacetanilides was developed using dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and tribromoacetates of the corresponding anilines. 2. The photochemical activity of the prepared tribromoacetanilides was studied, and it was shown that some of these compounds can be used for the development of light-sensitive systems.
