Isles of Scilly Travel Demand Study

This report summarizes a study examining the need for a cost benefit analysis, mode choice model and travel demand model for travel to the Isles of Scilly, from England. The study investigated replacement ferries and air travel, including the use of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.
