Design of Analyzer for Rice with Non-Destruction Measurement Based on NIR

In this paper, the focus of this work was to design and manufacture the near infrared spectrum analyzer for rice components with filters.Using near-infrared transmission technology, we selected ARM7 as control core and designed the analyzer of component of rice.The dominant parts contain a lamp, filters and a detector, microcontroller, keyboard, LCD.We used serial communica-tion to contact with computer.Friendly user interface for the computer is realized by VC++6.0 and it also actualizes many applied functions such as datum analysis, datum processing, datum cure displaying.
