Algunos determinantes internos y externos del resultado exportador a nivel de firma: análisis de empresas agroindustriales uruguayas.

Abstract. In this paper we study some determinants of export performance of agro-industrial firms in Uruguay, a topic rarely discussed in the country. In particular, we emphasizes in some of the internal factors, such as firm characteristics and competitive abilities, and the perceptions that managers have of environmental factors. We use objective and subjective measures to operationalize the concept of export performance.
