Multimodal hyperspectral full-field quantitative phase microscopy

We developed a multimodal quantitative phase microscopy combining transmission and reflectance phase with spectroscopic characterization at high spectral resolution providing depth-resolved structure, accumulative phase shift and dispersion curve.
