On Countermeasures and Causes of Line Loss of Rural Low-voltage Power Grids

The factors were analyzed that caused line loss of rural low-voltage power grids.And then two measures——technical measures and management measures in reducing line loss were put forward,with a view to provide reference in design,transformation and management of rural low-voltage power grids.
