Tearing recoiling device and method for metal composite coiled sheet

The invention provides a tearing recoiling device. The tearing recoiling device comprises a shearing machine, a double-roll conveyor connected with the shearing machine, and a recoiling machine connected with the double-roll conveyor. The tearing recoiling device is characterized by also comprising a straightening flattening machine which is positioned in front of the shearing machine, a decoiler which is positioned in front of the straightening flattening machine and is sleeved with a metal composite coiled sheet, and a partial guiding shovel which is positioned behind the double-roll conveyor. The tearing recoiling device can conveniently tear a double-layer metal composite coiled sheet obtained through hot-rolled lamination and then coils the double-layer metal composite coiled sheet into two coils of single-layer metal composite coiled sheets so as to meet the using demand of users on laminated metal composite coiled sheets or the demand of deep processing, the production efficiency of tearing and recoiling is high, the quality of products is stable, double-layer metal composite coiled sheets which are moderately adhered can also be torn and recoiled, and the quality of single-layer laminated metal composite coiled sheets is completely ensured. In addition, the tearing coiling device has a compact structure and reasonable layout, and is low in equipment investment and energy-saving.
