Mechanical Properties of CuZnAl Alloy After 3 GPa Pressure Treatment by Nano-indentation Technique

CuZnAl alloy was treated at 3 GPa pressure and 700 ℃ for 10 min,and the mechanical properties of the alloy after 3 GPa pressure treatment were analyzed by nano-indenter.The results show that the average nano-hardness,elastic modulus and friction coefficient of the alloy are 3.31 GPa,88.63 GPa and 0.247,respectively,and the fluctuation of elastic modulus and friction coefficient is small.
