Hemoptisis: Trauma de tórax con inicio tardío de síntomas

A 28-year-old woman presented with hemoptysis as a late manifestation of penetrating chest trauma. History of trauma 9 years before consultation and hemoptysis of 3 years of evolution. Radiological studies showed a cavitated lesion in the right lower lobe. A right lower lobectomy was performed, with the finding of a foreign body (wood fragment) in lung tissue. Patient with good evolution.
