Deformation for Positive Characteristic Varieties by Galois theory

In this article we shall construct a theory for defomation of non necessarily projective fibre spaces of positive characterristic and apply it to an analogy of Iitaka-Viehweg conjecture of positive characteristic([Iita],[Vieh]).
