The article specifies aspects of personnel training in terms of working life quality increase. It reviews personnel training mechanism, reveals stages of this mechanism realization, gives definition of term “working life quality”. Problem solution is introduced through the sociological research, oriented to solution of tasks, connected with optimization of working life quality.
