The expression of CD105 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance

Objective To explore the expression of CD105 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry WM-EliVisionTM was carried out to detect the MVD labeled by CD105 in 60 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma,and its relation to clinicopathologic factors was analyzed.Results The expression of CD105 was in neonatal,thin-wall and small caliber vessels,and not in normal vessels.The average MVD labeled by CD105 was 34±7.The MVD value was related to tumors invasive degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P0.05).Conclusion The MVD labeled by CD105 might be an indictor related to tumors invasion and metastasis,and could guide clinic treatment.
