Raw materials of the mulch film comprise a first component and a second component; the first component is prepared into a degradation layer, and the second component is prepared into a barrier layer, wherein the barrier layer is divided into an upper layer and a bottom layer; and the first component comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 200-450 parts of polylactic acid, 500-800 parts of poly (butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate), 2.5-5 parts of an anti-oxidant, 2.5-5 parts of anti-ultraviolet agent, 50-80 parts of a plasticizer, and 2-5 parts of erucamide. The mulch film has the added barrier layer, in order to increase air tightness, reduce permeability, isolate evaporation of moisture, improve conservation rate of moisture in soil, and enhance moisture conservation performance.
