История приватизации в России: некоторые результаты научной рефлексии

In the process of analysis of the historiography of the problem the concept of the study of the history of privatization in Russia is formed. The author notices discussion character of the estimates motivation, content and results of denationalization of the economy, that is explained the incompleteness of the privatization process, non-recognition of its legitimacy in the public consciousness. Many researchers are solider with the thesis about a nomenclature-criminal character of the privatization that is considered as one of the factors of low efficiency of market transformations in Russia. Possibilities and prospects of the further studying of the given question are analyzed.
