A test of collective effects in Se(d,d)Se

Deuteron elastic and inelastic scattering from the Se isotopes with A=76, 78, 80, 82 has been used to test the suggestion that the change in elastic‐scattering vector analyzing powers can be attributed to changing collectivity of these isotopes with A.
