El objetivo del ensayo fue evaluar el efecto de la eliminacion ndel ordene vespertino sobre la produccion total de leche y su contenido en grasa, proteina y lactosa. La duracion del trabajo fue de dos anos y se utilizaron 70 ovejas Frisona-Milchschaf en pastoreo, las cuales fueron divididas en dos grupos, G1, ordenado a maquina una vez al dia (7:00 h) y G2, dos veces al dia (7:00 y 18:00 h). El ordene comenzo a partir del destete de los corderos, en promedio 30 d posparto, y continuo por 100 dias. Se realizaron 5 controles lecheros donde se tomaron muestras para la determinacion de grasa (%), proteina (%) y lactosa (%).
