Neutrophilic dermatosis of hands

2014
Sweet ‘s Syndrome is characterized by fever, tender inflammatory papules and nodules, that show dense infiltrates by neutrophil granulocytes in the dermis on histologic examination. Sweet Syndrome that is localized in the dorsum of the hands is also known as neutrophilic dermatosis of the dorsal hand (NDDH). Although the lesions are generally present on the dorsum of the hands, few cases have been reported with palmar involvement in the literature. Due to the rarity of palmar involvement dermatosis, two women aged 42 and 61 years with PDND are presented in this article.
