The purpose of this study is to test the impact of gender diversity of the board of directors on the performance of Cameroonian companies. From a sample study of 300 large Cameroonians companies obtained over the period from 2004 to 2009, it is statistically and econometrically proven that the analysis carried out in the Cameroonian context indicates that an improvement in the Cameroonians companies
