Notice of Retraction 3D seismic response study on spillway outlet slope of Gushui Hydropower Station

Gushui Hydropower Station is planned as the first leading power station on the upstream of Lancang River in Yunnan Province of china, the slope near the power station is steep and high, the deposit body and the loose rock mass on the top of slop might lose stability if earthquake happened. 3D model of spillway outlet slope is established; the response spectrum method is applied to measure the dynamic response, acceleration of every gridpoint of model is calculated; then the equivalent superimposed load is calculated, finite element method is applied to measure the displacement and the distribution of plastic zone. Result shows : the earthquake acceleration dynamic magnification effects is obvious in the deposit body at the middle of nature solpe, the maximum displacement during the earthquakes locate on the top of slope; due to the excavation, seismic effect is more obvious especially at the slope toe,the maximum displacement is increased about 50% on the top of slope.
