Light emitting diode with a distributed Bragg reflector

There is disclosed a light emitting diode with a distributed Bragg reflector. The light emitting diode includes a light emitting device disposed on a first surface of a substrate, wherein the light-emitting device includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer and disposed between the first layer and the second layer an active layer. A first distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) is arranged on one of the first surface of the substrate opposite second surface, so that the first DBR reflects the light emitted from the light emitting structure light. The first DBR has a reflectivity of at least 90% with respect to light of a first wavelength in the blue region, light of a second wavelength in the green range and light of a third wavelength in the red range. The first DBR has a laminate structure having alternately stacked SiO
