Design for Highpower Blue Laser Temperature Control

Blue laser is widely used in many area.In order to suppress the heat effect of blue laser using planoconcave cavity when working,use Thermal Energy Converter (TEC) to control the temperature of gain medium Nd:YAG crystal and SHG ( Second Harmonic Generation ) LBO crystal.The whole system use MCS51 single chip as microprocessor,use DS18B20 digital thermometer as temperature sensoruse power driving circuit consisted by operation amplifier and highpower Darlington transistor to drive TEC,use PID arithmetic control the TEC voltage output,use AD device to sample and monitor the TEC driving voltage .The whole system when in experiment,through the PID parameter adjusting,acquire satisfying result.
