Delayed coronary obstruction after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) has been reported, but the mechanism of delayed coronary obstruction is rarely documented ([1][1]). We report a case of delayed coronary ischemia following TAVR due to sinus of Valsalva obstruction.
