Giant right coronary pseudo-aneurysm 6 years after angioplasty and stenting

An asymptomatic 73-year-old male was referred for descending thoracic aortic aneurysm. He had a history of uneventful triple bare-metal stenting of the right coronary artery 6 years earlier.
