Territorial Disparity of the Dynamic Poverty in Spain

2009
This work examines the poverty from a dynamic perspective in Spain and in his Autonomous Communities, using the longitudinal information available in the Survey of Living Conditions 2004-2006. We have done a territorial analysis of the poverty in our country, comparing the relative situation of the Autonomous Communities in terms of their dynamic poverty rates and of their inflows and outflows of the poverty. This analysis allows thinking about the significance of the spatial factors, which can explain the divergent behaviours of the poverty among regions.
