An Unexpected Behaviour in 1D Inversion

In studying inversion of noisy data, when there is a number of candidate models, it is practical to keep noisiness fixed and study modifying models. An intriguing behaviour is observed for scaled versions of the same model, defined through a sequence of reflection coefficients.
