SCPS Total Net Cost Optimized Model

Using the quatitative evaluating theory and technology of SCPS (Supply Chain Positioning Strategy) theory, aiming at the current situation of logistics management of manufacturing enterprises and considering the impacting factors as market structure, demand changes and products' features, the paper analyzes quantitatively the series integration and parallel integration of SCPS in inventory costs, delivery cycle, etc. and obtains an optimal SCPS model which is fit for the reality of manufacturing enterprises and fianlly shows an example.
