The invention relates to a blade-cut-in type soft soil multi-point displacement meter anchor head comprising a middle shaft rod, an external rod, an upper frame, a lower frame, a spring tube, a transmission rod and an anchoring cutter. The external rod sleeves the upper portion of the middle shaft rod, the bottom of the external rod is connected to the upper frame, the bottom of the middle shaft rod is connected to the lower frame, the spring tube sleeves the lower portion of the middle shaft rod, the upper end of the spring tube is connected with the upper frame, the lower end of the spring tube is connected with the lower frame, one side of the transmission rod is hinged to the upper and lower frames, the other side of the transmission rod is hinged to the anchoring cutter, the middle shaft rod is provided with a segment of spiral structure, and the inner side of the upper frame is provided with a nut structure; when the middle shaft rod rotates, the spring tube stretches to drive the lower frame to bounce upwardly so as to drive the transmission rod to extend out the anchoring cutter into the tested-segment drilling hole wall soil. Compared with the prior art, the blade-cut-in type soft soil multi-point displacement meter anchor head has the advantages that the blade-cut-in type soft soil multi-point displacement meter anchor head can be used for measuring different ground settlement in a soft soil area and providing ground settlement monitoring data for foundation pit engineering and underground engineering.
