Method for preparation of PU-coated paper

The invention discloses a method for preparation of PU-coated paper. The method comprises the following steps: (a) immersing a base paper in a first mixed resin material, wherein the first mixed resin material is prepared from, by mass, 2-3 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 3-4 parts of water-based styrene-butadiene resin and 3-4 parts of auxiliaries; (b) conducting first drying on the base paper; (c) coating a second mixed resin material on the base paper, wherein the second mixed resin material is prepared from, by mass, 4-5 parts of water-based polyurethane, 2-3 parts of water-based styrene-acrylic resin and 3-4 parts of auxiliaries; (d) conducting second drying of the base paper; (e) conducting the surface treatment of the dried base paper; (f) conducting winding of the treated base paper to obtain the desired PU-coated paper. The preparation method has simple process and no pollution to the environment, is environmentally friendly, contributes to processing of irregular parts and has convenient transportation, and the storage time of the prepared PU-coated paper is long.
