The Diagnosis Value of SWI in Cerebral Infarction

2010
Objective: To investigate SWI in patients with cerebral infarction in the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds value and clinical application of SWI therapy of cerebral hemorrhage cerebral infarction may be potentially dangerous and so predictable.Method: 42 cases of patients with lacunar infarction,in which 18 cases with hypertension,4 cases with type 2 diabetes,12 cases complicated with hypertension and type 2 diabetes.Application 1.5TMR in all cases, and SWI sequences by conventional MRI imaging examination, combined with clinical data for analysis.Result: 23 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage have microbleedings, which on SWI was spot-on,round,oval-shaped low signals.A total of 266 lesions, and the diameter of 1.8mm-7.4mm.Micro-bleeding points distributed in the cortex, subcortical, basal ganglia, thalamus, brain stem, and cerebellum. Conclusion: SWI in the detection of cerebral micro-hemorrhage has obvious advantages. For the existence of cerebral infarction patients,SWI can be sensitive to the display of the brain micro-bleeding points, and the clinical application of treating cerebral infarction defibrase provide an easy reference.
