The railroad grade crossing terminal comprises an exit sensor, an entrance sensor and a railroad grade crossing processor; the exist sensor and the entrance sensor are respectively arranged on two sides of a railroad grade crossing and in communication connection with the railroad grade crossing processor; the scheduling background comprises a network server and an industrial personal computer. By adopting the locomotive scheduling system, the scheduling of the locomotive can be automatically completed, so that the large labor intensity caused by the traditional manual scheduling way can be alleviated; moreover, the scheduling of the locomotive can be high-efficiently and safely completed.
