This book tackles the emergence and evolution of the Jewish, and later Zionist, propaganda in sample English novels. The aim of Mr.Salem is not a historical account of Zionist fiction. Rather, his analytical approach emphasizes as much the way novelists use fiction for propaganda as the demystification of implicit political aims in the light of contemporary theory of propaganda to put them in their proper literary perspectives.
