Slot assignment algorithm in wireless sensor networks based on TDMA

Sensor technology,micro-electromechanical systems,networks and wireless communication,and other technological advances and promote the emergence and development of wireless sensor networks.Based on the characteristics of wireless sensor net-works such as high density of nodes,data-centric and limited power,a TDMA-based dynamic distributed slot assignment algorithm is proposed.According to two-hop distance neighborhood nodes,the algorithm dynamically assign slot and is shown to be effective in ada-pting to local topology changes.The much high performance of this algorithm is analyzed by simulation.
