The present invention discloses a process for the solid oligosaccharide alcohol prepared solid sorbitol, comprising maltitol liquid was chromatographed to give maltitol enriched EX-1, the alcohol-rich oligosaccharide component as BX- 1 and the rich components sorbitol DX-1, further comprising the steps of: (1) during the chromatographic separation described, the components were collected BX-1 and the component DX-1, respectively, and concentrated to a soluble solids content 45-55%; (2), respectively the concentrated component BX-1 and DX-1 component chromatographed, wherein the component after the component BX-1 was chromatographed DX-1, respectively, to give the alcohol-rich oligosaccharide component BX-2, sorbitan rich component DX-3, and then concentrated, after drying, are made of solid oligosaccharide alcohol and a solid sorbitol. The present invention enables to obtain maltitol residue chromatographed using high value, reducing the cost of consumption of maltitol; greatly improve product purity, to improve value-added products, with good economic benefit.
