The invention relates to the wind power generation field and discloses a synchronization network and a synchronization method for a wind-driven generator group. The synchronization network comprises afrequency converter with two voltage source type inversion units, a first bus, and a second bus connected to the power network. A first circuit breaker is connected between one end of the frequency converter and the first bus; a second circuit breaker is connected between the other end of the frequency converter and the second bus; a third circuit breaker is connected between the first bus and the second bus; an isolating switch for synchronization network is arranged between each generator group and the first bus; and an isolating switch for operation is arranged between each generator groupand the second bus. The synchronization method is based on the synchronization network, utilizes the spare first bus and the spare second bus, and realizes the sequential synchronization of the wind-driven generators through adjustment of the frequency converter and relative switching operation.
