Primary Discussion on the Loading-adaptability Theory of Shield Electro-hydraulic Control System

This paper analyses the adaptive system of cutter-head driving,shield driving and screw conveying,which can adapt the change of cutter-head chipping-resistance,shield propelling resistance or hermetic container pressure.For the energy-efficient during shield construction,it expounds a cooperative control method of shield subsystem boring parameters and boring loads,on the basis of earth pressure balance.Then gets the primary loading-adaptability theory of shield electro-hydraulic control system,providing shield design and construction with certain theoretical guidance.
