The invention discloses a river water automatic energy dissipation silt pipe which comprises an energy dissipation pipe and a silt pipe. The silt pipe and the energy dissipation pipe are of an integrated structure. Energy dissipation pipe walls comprise the left pipe side wall, the right pipe side wall, the lower pipe bottom wall and the upper pipe top wall. A left L-shaped division and guide plate and a right L-shaped division and guide plate are arranged on the front section in the energy dissipation pipe and are symmetric. Flow baffles are arranged on the left side and the right side of the middle section in the energy dissipation pipe. A division blocking plate is arranged on the tail section in the energy dissipation pipe. The L-shaped division and guide plates, the flow baffles and the division blocking plate are clamped and fixed by an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate. The two flow baffles and the division blocking plate are in a shape like a Chinese character 'pin' and are symmetrically distributed with the pipe axis as the center. The front ends of the pipe side walls are oblique. Water entering from a pipe opening of the energy dissipation pipe can be divided into three strands by the two L-shaped division and guide plates, two side division channels are formed among the L-shaped division and guide plates, the pipe side walls and the flow baffles, and a gradually opening type runner is formed by a water passing opening between the two L-shaped division and guide plates. According to the river water automatic energy dissipation silt pipe, natural resources are fully utilized, environment friendliness is achieved, and the building investment cost can be greatly reduced; and the pipe is high in adaptability, simple in structure and convenient to construct and manufacture.
