Modeling and Simulation of Adaptive Controller for DC Motor Speed Control System in Viscosity Measurement

In the liquid viscosity measurement based on rotation mode,the different and stable motor rotation speeds are needed.The double close-loop DC motor speed control system is utilized,in which PI control is adopted in the current inner ring,and combination control of a large gain proportion control with PID control is used in the rotation speed outer loop in which PID parameters are self-adjusted by using fuzzy logic.The control mode can implement the fast speed adjustment and accurate tracking of the rotation speed according to the input error.An establishment of the simulation model based on the controller is made on the platform of the Matlab/Simulink and the simulation of the DC motor speed control system is performed.Simulation results show that the system is of good control performance,and the controller has an exellent dynamic response characteristics and can get rid of the steady errors.
