Discuss the Effect of Industrial Clusters on Positive and Negative

Today,industrial clusters are becoming the mainstream of regional economy development.When the centralization effect is exerted by industrial clusters,the negative effect cannot be neglected.The positive and negative effect of industrial clusters in different stage of the life cycle is analyzed.Then,the approach to elude the negative effect is put forward,which promotes health development of the industrial clusters.
