Antistatic halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polycarbonate (PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer (ABS) alloy material and preparation technology thereof

2012
The invention belongs to the field of functional plastic alloy materials and discloses an antistatic halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polycarbonate (PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer (ABS) alloy material and a preparation technology thereof. The antistatic halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy material comprises 55-75wt% of PC, 25-45wt% of ABS, 10-40wt% of a fire retardant, 2.5-10wt% of a synergistic agent, 0.5-2wt% of an antistatic agent, 0-5wt% of a compatibilizer, 0-0.5wt% of a coupling agent, 0-0.5wt% of a dispersant and 0-0.5wt% of an anti-oxidant. The preparation technology comprises the following steps of weighing the above raw materials according to the above formula, uniformly mixing the raw materials by a high-speed mixer, and carrying out extrusion granulation on the mixture by a double screw extruder. The novel inorganic fire retardant used by the preparation technology has the advantages of no halogen, low smoke, no toxicity, no corrosivity, good flame retardation, high heat stability, no influence on material mechanical properties, and flame resistance reaching to UL94V-0. The antistatic agent used by the preparation technology has the characteristics of high efficiency, no toxicity and environmental protection and through the antistatic agent, the alloy material surface resistivity is in a range of 106-1016 omega and has good long-term electrostatic resistance.
