Research on application of single neuron PID controller in PSPM control

Because of the control Problems of nonlinearity coupling of electrical variables, model parameter uncertainty and external disturbance existing in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), the traditional PID controller can not satisfy the requests of high-performance control, such as fast dynamic response and accurate speed or torque control and robustness. a type of PID controller based on artificial neural is proposed, and its improved algorithms were presented, the improved control algorithms adopted to achieve the parameter automatic adjustment on line. The results show that the system has good dynamic performance with quick response and no over shoot, this controller produces more preferable control quality than a classical PID controller.
