Contrast Media for Cardiovascular Analysis

In radiodiagnostic function studies, the demands made upon contrast agents are the same for angiography, CT, and digital vascular imaging, namely good tolerance and, hence, low examination risk. Contrast agents for cardiovascular analysis should be indifferent pharmacodynamically, which means they should not affect hemodynamic parameters.
