Retinoblastoma difuso: A propósito de un caso

We report a case of diffuse unilateral retinoblastoma in a 5- years-old female patient. Serologic test that are considered very specific for toxocariasis (Elisa) were positive. Nevertheless, and based upon other complementary test and the clinical course, the eye was enucleated and the diagnosis of retinoblastoma was confirmed by Pathology
